In summer 2026, The Rithm Project hired me as a project manager to rebuild its youth fellowship. I’d been a fellow myself in 2025. I worked with Hannah Groos, Bomi Akarakiri, Alison Lee, and Shoshana Balistierri.
I built the recruitment, selection, and kickoff timeline from scratch, and managed recruitment and review through application review and interviews. Before launch, I helped tighten the evaluation rubric. I designed the process to be equitable and repeatable, so future cycles can run it again.
More than 100 young people applied. We selected 6 fellows, who begin their fellowship in October 2026.
